All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We have local warehouses in the United States (California) and Europe (Czech Republic, Germany), so some of the orders from the United States and Europe can be shipped from the local warehouses. However, when the stock in the warehouse is insufficient, we will ship the product from China to our customers directly.
Tynee boards are now available in US warehouse. US orders can be shipped from US directly. The quantity is limited. If you want to get one, please be hurry!

International shipping time $ cost & tax

When the Tynee board arrives at the customs of your country, the customs of some countries may inform you to pay some tax. You can check whether you need to pay custom tax or not in the table below. For example. US is free tax which means you don't need to pay extra tax when your board arrives to your country. because we have already paid that tax to US custom. But for some areas like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. They are not free tax. which means you need to pay extra tax to the custom.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. For most countries, the tracking information will be updated only when the package arrives in your destination country and finish the customs clearance. Then it will be given to your local UPS / FedEx /DPD. After your local shipping company scan the package and then you will see the transportation route of your package through the tracking number.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the package is unopened and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the return operation fee charged by the shipping company.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
