First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your continued support and trust in Tynee. As the new year begins, we are excited to celebrate the Spring Festival and will be taking a short break to enjoy this special time with our team. Our office and factory will be closed from February 8, 2026, to February 25, 2026.

However, please note that our warehouses in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia will remain open and continue processing and shipping orders during this period.

In addition, we want to assure you that your product warranty period will not be affected by this holiday. We will extend all warranties by an extra month to ensure that even if your warranty expires during the holiday, we will assist you with any issues once we return.

You can still place orders during this time, and if you are located in the United States, Europe, Canada, or Australia, orders for Tynee electric skateboards will be processed and shipped from our local US, EU, CA and AU warehouses, you will receive your Tynee board 2-6 business days. However, orders for accessories or any orders from customers outside of these regions will be processed and shipped after we resume operations on February 26, 2026.

While we will arrange for some team members to be on duty during the holiday to answer pre-sale and after-sale inquiries, please understand that we may not be able to respond to all messages immediately. Rest assured, we will address all concerns as soon as we are back in full operation on February 26, 2026.

Delivery details:

1) The product price already includes a 20% shipping fee. Customers might need to pay an extra shipping fee for remote area addresses. 

2) Accessories will be delivered in 8-30 business days. Sometimes tariffs are needed.

3) For Tynee electric skateboards:

The total price you pay for electric skateboards purchased on this website (tyneeboard.com) is the total price including freight. This total price is strictly divided into the following two independent parts:

1. Commodity Sales Price: Accounting for 80% of the total price including freight. This is the value of the electric skateboards themselves and constitutes our sales revenue.

2. Freight Collected and Paid on Behalf: Accounting for 20% of the total price including freight. This portion of the payment is the freight you entrust our company to pay to the logistics service provider. Our company acts solely as a collecting and paying agent in this process, and this does not constitute our sales revenue.
