Local Warehouses

To provide faster delivery and a better shopping experience, we operate local warehouses in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

For eligible electric skateboard orders shipped from these warehouses, you can enjoy:

● Fast local delivery, usually 2-6 business days to your door.

● No import duties or customs fees upon delivery for most destinations, as customs clearance and import charges have already been handled before the products arrive at our local warehouse.

Please note: Orders delivered to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland may still be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees in accordance with local regulations.

Electric Skateboards

● Customers located in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia will receive their electric skateboards from our local warehouses whenever inventory is available.

● Customers in all other countries and regions will receive their electric skateboards from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

 

Accessories

All accessories, spare parts, and replacement components are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, regardless of your location. 

Delivery to most countries typically takes 8–15 days. For some remote destinations or countries with longer customs clearance times, delivery may take approximately 15–30 days.

Please note: As accessories and spare parts are shipped from Shenzhen, China, you may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country's customs regulations.

Additional Information

● Orders containing both an electric skateboard and accessories may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

● Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

● Orders shipped to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may require an additional shipping surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you for confirmation before shipment.

● Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

 

How can I confirm my order and get the tracking number?

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

You will receive another email with the tracking number 3-5 days after your order is shipped out.

 

Why there is no update of my tracking number?

For international delivery, this situation happens before your parcel arrives in your country. And the tracking number will be updated after it arrives.

 

How can I change my order?

Why does shipment delay?

Shipment delays are normally caused by natural disasters, holidays and other logistical problems.
