Following are covered by the warranty:

Tyneeboard provides 6-12 months warranty for boards and 3 months warranty for parts (when the customers buy the parts separately) which starts from the day the package is delivered to customers.

FYI, All defects caused by the skateboard itself, such as the motor does not work, the ESC cannot be paired with the remote control, cannot be started, etc., are covered by the warranty. We would exchange the defective accessory with functionally equivalent ones which are equivalent to the original parts in performance and reliability. We will provide the new replacement parts for free. And customer need to pay the shipping cost.

Please kindly be reminded your pictures or test video is a must for us to arrange accessory replacement under warranty.

Following are not covered by the warranty:

①. Warranty does not cover easy-broken parts: such as Wheels, Deck, Belt, Bearings, Grip Tape, PU Sleeves.

②. The warranty excludes the damage that caused by customer themselves, such as damage from violence, modifications, unauthorized repairs and failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, damage caused by negligence, including using the battery for a long time with high power but not timely charging, or other damage caused by abuse.

③. Tynee skateboards have an IP54 water resistance rating, which protects against splashing water and dust under normal conditions. This means your board can handle wet roads without immediate damage. However, skating through puddles or submerging the board in water may allow water to reach internal electrical components, which are not fully waterproof. In particular, the power button is the most vulnerable part. If water enters the power button and remains for an extended period, it may become damaged. In such cases, We will provide a replacement power button free of charge (no parts cost) under warranty. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Riding in heavy rain is not recommended, as it can be dangerous for acceleration, braking, and turning. The battery label will turn red if water intrusion is detected.

④. Tynee board doesn't support any transaction and resold skateboards. Warranty is only available to the original purchaser. Second hand are not covered under warranty.

⑤. As shipping and importing a Tynee board from overseas back to China is much costly, we don't provide return for Tynee boards delivered.

⑥.Warranty does not include resending a new skateboard, we only provide replacement for broken parts.

* Why customers need to pay the shipping cost of the replacement parts?

Because Tynee insists on using the Top-grade parts in the industry to produce skateboards, the failure rates of Tynee skateboards are very low, but the cost of top-grade parts are higher, and Tynee insists on selling at low prices, so the profit margin of Tynee's products are very low, so when your skateboard meet after-sale problems during the warranty period, Tynee will provide free replacement parts, but the shipping cost will be paid by the customers.
