During the holiday, you can place orders on our website as usual and we will ship most orders from our US, Europe, and Australia warehouses. Please note the following dates during the holiday:

For e-boards:

Adequate e-skateboard inventory is available and will ship normally from our US, Europe, and Australia warehouses.

For accessories:

January 25 - February 8, most orders shipping will ship on February 9.

For customer service:

Customer support and after-sale services will be available until January 31 and resume again on February 4.
