We can ship electric skateboard orders from our US. Europe. Australia and Canada warehouses normally every day. But orders from other regions (not in US/EU /AU /CA ) will be shipped on January 30th.

For Accessories:

Accessories will be shipped on January 30th from China.

Pre-sale and After-sale Services:

We have colleagues on duty to help you solve pre-sale and after-sale problems every day. But for the after-sale service. Even if our colleagues help you diagnose the issue part. The replacement part will be shipped on January 30th.
