in nature️ with tynee mini 2❤️
Kyo M.
So good and smooth with AT setup.
THOMY K.
Before thé review, some context, I weight 100kg so I need a board that can handle at least 110kg, there are not that many eSk8 on the market not too expensive, repliable, powerful AND most of it, a very good customer service.
THIS IS why I chose Tynee, the customer service, I will never be more thankful to Aiden and his team, they are fantastic, always available ( sorry ^^') and of cours of very reliable advice, THANK U SO MUCH Tynee.
I am from France so it is not easy to order from a road, especially as far as in China, sorry but there is a lot of bad seller so it was a relief to have a reliable/serious contact.
The Board, Mini 2/belt mode/cloodwheels (!!!).
The shipping was fast, always have the right info, I should get it in 4 days but because of the French Post office, I got it 2 days after...
This is a great/perfect eSk8 for commuting in a town like Paris, enough juice to ride without charging too often, powerful (torque) enough for some high hill, very secure at high speed, even if it is normally authorize only under 25km/h, level 2, you can go as fast as 45 at the level 4 (!).
The wheel are very good IF you have some nice road but if it gets bumpy or rough, you will feel it hard on your ankles and your feet will feel sore, which is normal for a rigid board like this, when thé concrete is nice, it is a real joy to ride with those 90mm wheel, which are quite wide (<3).
SO, here in Paris, YOU NEED Cloudwheels, thank u Aiden for the tip, it is a life changer, of course it does not get rid of all the bad concrete but at least, it is way more comfy to handle it, and feel even more secure to "climb" inter sidewalks, and amazingly, you can ride on grass lol.
Small détails, being able to turn on/off thru the remote, clever, the front/back bumper, hell yeah the clean board always, of course the kicktail, the overall construction against light train even if I would not recommend riding when raining, the hidden screws...
Only one thing I miss, an app to tracks the riding infos even if u have everything on the very readable oled remote.
BREF !, you can't go wrong with the Mini 2, it is THE most perfect short electric Sk8, it is for me and will for the future owner.
THANKS AGAIN Tynee Crew <3
LET'S RIDE !
Beau B.
Over 400km ridden in 4 months as a daily driver, I have a steep city commute on rough roads over tram tracks and I'm 98kg so it's been thrashed and hasn't missed a beat. I have and will continue to recommend the Mini 2 and tyneeboard to everyone, the value/quality is exceptional.
NISHIMURA S.
It was my first skateboard, but it was fun because it had power and climbed hills.
Scott D.
So far I love it!!! The size is perfect for what I need and feels very flickable when riding. The Hobby wing ESC is very smooth too.
The range and power are extremely good for a mini too!
The 37T wheel pulleys are a bit tricky to find the right belts if you change over to Kegel wheels, but other than that 10/10 for the board and the customer support!!!
Petr K.
I totally love this board, it's definetly the absolute best on the market. If you are not sure, if you should get it, i would strongly recommend you to get it. Love the guys from tynee and I love tynee boards.
Miguel
Very fast shipping and delivery(California ) as well as simple to learn how to use. Instantly took it for a spin and was shocked by the power this mini board has. Gear 1 and 2 is more than enough power to commute, smoother riding even during nighttime. Overall satisfied! Will still need practice to feel completely comfortable.
Júlio C.
This is my first electric skateboard and it has been an amazing experience!!
Great power, climbs very well and gets enough speed on gear 2! At least for me! It arrived fast and the support has been great.
Huzaifah N.
First time riding a skateboard ever and it has been really exciting.
apart from having it chipped when I hit it against a wall on my first day, it is very exciting to ride. I've only used gear 1 yet but I will hopefully get better.
Overall: Outstanding Board!
Customer service: The customer service response is rapid. They really seem to care about their customers.

I just recieved my board and put it to the test. Did 10 km in the rain on concrete plates. It was a bike path in the forrest and mostly flat. Some spots had dirt or debris. Battery went from 80% to 20% in 6°c with mostly speedmode 2. I'll do a full battery test when it's dry. I am 85 kg. I tried out 3 and 4 but it's way too dangerous in wet conditions. The board was way smoother than I expected. Had a long bamboo deck with 100mm hub before. This is atleast as nice if not even better while riding. The only thing is that the higher bumps come in way harder, you need to be focused for 2cm or higher lips. Where with my old board I would just effortlessly cruise over them. But overall this board feels nicer than my old one with double the range and better portability. Gave it a good shower afterwards. Yeah I literally cleaned it with the shower head. Fastest clean ever. Because ipx6 waterproof rating test. Everything is still working fine and the board looks as good as new. Might open the board up to check the inside. But have not decided yet because that makes my testing irrelevant. Thanks alot for the super fast shipping. Within 48 hours of sending it it was in the Netherlands
Manuel
Amazing skate. Great power, range and build quality, but the best feature is the attention and care of the Tynee team, uber responsive and proactive. I received it in Spain in just 4 days since purchase. I strongly recommend the cloudwheels if the usual roads are not perfectly smooth and flat.
Piriyapong N.
got Tynee mini 2 as my first ever E-skate, had a wild ride over 100 miles for the past 4 months around Taipei. While the battery gets runs down a bit due to the high humidity here, it's still worth every penny spent
Brandon K.
My Tynee Mini 2’s become my favorite way to explore the city or pick up groceries. Shout out to Aiden and his team for the amazing support too. Couldn’t recommend this board and company enough!
yee lik l.
I would highly recommend this remote control cover to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to protect their remote control. It is a small investment that can save you a lot of money in the long run by preventing damage to your remote. Plus, the added grip and comfort are nice bonuses!
Jan O.
Best of the best for short rides :)

Tynee Mini2 is my best travel buddy! Its portability is the biggest highlight for someone like that that travels up and down the city. Usually some buildings forbids Ebike/scooter, but there wouldn't be any problem with tynee. It has a great power source and super long range. This prevents commonly charging, which could potentially damage your battery. Lastly, the customer service is very helpful, providing a lot of patient help and useful tips for riding. We look forward to your new products. Keep up, Tynee!
Rahnz R.
I’ve been having fun with this board no problems at all the board was stable, and fast. I already did 39km in the past 2 days, I highly recommend

Eu sou Brasileiro morando no Japan e adorei esse sk8 recomendo a todos
I'm Brazilian living in Japan and I loved this sk8 I recommend it to everyone
Timothy D.
Loving my tynee mini 2. It's my first electric skateboard, only a few weeks in. It seems to be fantastic quality. Happy with the short option even if it means more vibrations on journeys (lumpy roads where I live) than a long board. Considering buying bigger 105mm wheels of some sort to make comfier. The short board just feels more convenient for my lifestyle.
Customer service has been absolutely fantastic. Aiden and the team reply so quickly to all my questions and are so supportive. Very grateful!!!
Sebastiaan B.
Really love the kick of this board
Man i already rode 600km on this board !
Absolutely in love with this board
Daniel B.
Hello,
1st off, shout out to Aiden and team Tynee for an awsome board and even more awsome customer service! Ive ridin on the 90 PU's
And its very punchy but it does get you up to speed if you are not ready for it,but with the cloud wheels, still puchy but not as torqy as the 90's,there is surface vibration but not as intense as the 90's,
On the 90's,i was more skittish going faster than 15 mph,not so much with the cloud wheels.
If you have the extra $$$ i definitely recommend 1st time riders get the cloud wheels with the mini2 and most important thing is,the special belt covers come with the purchase only thru tynee(if you get the belt drives).
Emanuel B.
I first purchased my mini 2 with the smaller battery and was very pleased with the performance especially the speed! 36mph downhill! 34 flat!! very stable the whole time even with my loose trucks. Thanks to the riser pads It has plenty of room for cloudwheel 105s and shredlights. I had enough room to install a quad headlight setup on mine comfortably! I later purchased the bigger battery and was granted alot more torque (even with the hub motors on my current model) and I get about 19 miles riding pretty trigger happy. I would highly recommend this as an affordable, FAST, agile daily cruiser for short and long ranges!
Tomas Z.
Since I've been snowboarding, there was no problem with this board. Great for short distance. I already have Cloudwheals. I also ordered the Riot drive. Up a steep hill my 95kg already too warm motors.
Sonny d.
For me its just so convenient! I have been using this board for about a week now and I love it. I can come anywhere so easily because I can just take the board with me in the train.
I would definitely recommend and thank you Aiden for the great customer service, I wish you all the best!
Petr K.
I love the mini 2, i use it everyday, and it's just the best.
Daniel B.
Hi,
The mini 2 is way more than i expected, mind blown on build quality. Awsome board,my 1st esk8,but seasonedrider, very zippy, very punchy, will wake you up.thank you Aiden for sticking with me thru the shipping process til i got your board! Hats off to tynee board!my nxt purchase will be the xplorer for my kid!

This is a great product. It’s easy to use, safe, stable, and can be used to travel very smoothly. It can also go very fast if you go to the maximum speed setting.
Ahmed A.
My daily commuter
1200 km so far and still my tynee mini shows strong performance and amazing quality.
Absolutely great customer service.
Aiden is very helpful and responsive. 100% worth it!
Lian P.
Great board, lightweight, great size, battery life, and power. Perfect micromobility solution for commutes and travel in a hilly city center.
Robert M.
Lot of fun around campus! Go for 20mile rides and battery still has plenty left. Speed is more than you can use. Goes up hills with ease!! Pricey but worth it!!! Def would get the upgraded tires for a more comfortable ride. Regular wheels after 20 mile ride you feel it.
Jaegan H.
This is the best board I have every owned. I got 42 miles out of my first charge. Has great power over hills. It is very fast and has 4 modes for beginners or professionals.
I got the extended battery and cloud wheels. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping took only a few days. I live in Colorado being able to get my board so fast is a plus. Thank you tyneeboard for making such a great board. If anyone wants to hear my continued thoughts about the board email me @ jiggzieking@gmail.com
I will be doing some videos soon to post on Youtube.

Krystle M.
Love the tiny mini 2! It rides very smoothly and the battery life is great! It rides even better with the cloud wheels. I definitely recommend. Aiden helped a lot with my purchase when asking about which board to get and helped me expedite my board. He was quick to answer my questions with the shipping process as well!
Adam D.
Fantastic board.
Quality really shows.
I also appreciate the level of customer support / interaction. I sincerely hope Tynee can maintain their "customer first" approach and top notch quality for a long long time.
Stephanie R.
Way better then expected. I have the mini 2 with cloud wheels belt drive. I would reccomend this to anyone. I'm 43 and it brought out my inner child. Best part, breaks. Gives you more confidence to bomb hills. Once you make it down the hill the fun NEVER STOPS. and the power is amazing. Wouldnt want more and ive been riding long and short boards for over 20 years. Wish I had more hands to give it more then 2 thumbs up. Battery life 10. Power up hills 10. Speed 10. Cutting is actually a 10 because you wouldnt want more with the big wheels. You get as much as you can out of them. Balance 10.
Can't rave enough. Way better then expected. Enough to write a review "first time ever" if you are thinking if you should buy one or not. Stop thinking. Buy this board! f ing epic!
Tom
I bought the Tynee mini 2 and it is so fun to ride it! Have always wanted a electric skateboard since watching Casey Neistat but it was always to expensive to buy one. Tynee mini 2 unlike boosted is actually affordable and im having so fun with it!
Marco A.
It exceeded my expectations amazing board , im pretty sure the best mini board available , very stable, very powerful, amazing range , very smooth ride , it absorbs very well any roughness on the pavement. The option of having Cloudwheels already installed is great , from my experience changing donuts wheels can be difficult . Great board overall. I liked it so much I bought one this one w hub motors first (love the simplicity and how silent hubs are ) but I already ordered one w belt. I was told belt pull has more torque, better acceleration and more precise control. Thanks Aiden and the Tynee team !!!!
Kyle C.
Best thing ever. I can get to class and back without having to wait for the bus (which is always late). The extended battery life really helps me use the board the entire day without having to charge it in my dorm room. Highly recommend if you are a college student!!

The tynee mini 2, big battery, belt motor, 105 cloudwheels holds what's promised. As 85 kg, 180cm rider I get 30km out of one charge (the terrain contains flat plain, flat ruff ground, some intermediate hills and some traffic lights). The handling of acceleration, speed and breaking is firm and direct. The 4 given gears make it possible to get used to the board-esc-connection. Speaking of 4 given gears, the acceleration is same in all of them, which I had to get used to (main setup is Evolve GTR Carbon AT ). BUT especially for urban trips I really like that there's no difference in acceleration. The top speeds are (gear 1 to 4) 15, 25, 35 and 45 km/h. The top speed of 45 km/h is, in my opinion, REALLY fast on this short deck.
The smart power on feature is nice to have, but doesn't work if the board rests for a day.
All in all, the mini2 is a great board for urban trips, commuting. For longer trips with ruff surfaces you should consider riding ruff or get a larger board (mini 2 is still better than gasoline :) ).
I'm really happy with the deck, when it's about being handy, storable or discrete.
9/10; would recommend!
Joseph R.
Nice board, better than my Backfire G3 for comfort. Board came 24.5 miles tested. I did a 17 mile ride for a total of 41.5 miles on board so far. Still had 2 bars left, I'm sure I would have hit 21-22 miles before the 10% warning.
Less foot fatigue than hub motors. I got the belt, biggest battery, with cloud wheel options.
Be careful, remote scratches easy, I put it in my bag, and came home to scratched screen after first ride.
Francisco E.
I'm a 245lb uni/esk8 rider who owns a Kaly XL50 but had to have this board! It's amazing on how much Torque this little beast has. Bean riding it more than all my other rides. Add the cloud wheels, get the bigger batteries and choose the hubs. Best bang for your buck anywhere!
elias r.
Good board bought cloudwheels they arrived two weeks after I got the board.
I definitely prefer ride smoothness however the urethane wheels are amazing on the street. Very sticky.
Battery life significantly less with cloudwheels for sure.
Great for college I use it everyday
Brian
This has to be the absolute best bang for your buck! I live in NYC and needed a portable device to get around manhattan, especially cross town. I was worried about the small deck size, but it is really comfortable. I purchased this with the cloud wheels and very happy I did that. If you live in an urban city & need the a small portable device, consider the Tynee Mini 2. You will not regret it.
Robert M.
My so absolutely loves the board and rides around campus alll the time!!! Second day he drove around for about 20 miles and battery was stilll fine!! Goes up hills no problem and has plenty of speed. Prob too much in most cases but fun to have when you want to push the envelope bit! Def a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. He tired a lesser brand first for $300 and it didn’t compare at all!! Def glad he went with this one instead
Simon V.
Amazing board! I had the ACTON blink2 for 5 years, this is such an upgrade! The belt motors and 12s 2p battery are amazing. It doesn’t lose, torque or acceleration power as the battery goes down. Highly recommend
Bryan C.
This was my 3rd electric skateboard/longboard purchase. Have over 1000 miles on my Wowgo longboard and about 600 miles on my Wowgo Mini 2. Writing this review after logging about 150 miles on the Tynee Mini 2 (big battery, belt motor, bought the combo with both sets of wheels and have used both).
Been a long time lurker of several electricskateboarding subreddits and kept coming across Aiden/Tynee and their amazing builds/reviews. Don’t get me wrong, I love all my boards but stepping on the Tynee for the first time just felt different. Felt like immediate comfort and control, and the quality just felt next level. Exceptional.
Tynee Mini 2 was everything I hoped it would be and more. The quality… it’s just exceptional. Board feels amazing every single ride. It’s stupid fast (I typically cruise around at about 20 mph; have topped it out once at 32 mph downhill) with pretty insane acceleration. Super sturdy and awesome feeling of being attached to the board. I love carving even on shortboards and it carves great even at 20+ mphs.
Board is absolutely beautiful btw. I live in a college town and ride daily, and get lots of looks and comments. Get flagged down fairly often and asked about board/brand/recommendations. Tynee is definitely at the top of my list!
Props to Aiden/Tynee! Incredible job on the board! I’ve been really wanting to try an AT board so might be making another purchase from you guys!
Tomas Ivan M.
Is really real.realistick no...
Skate or die
Pan..tynee pan..
Joseph D.
Its been great so far. Had it for a few weeks and put about 40 miles on it so far. Love it
Filippo S.
Excellent board! Super agile and responsive but very very stable, also at high speed. Perfect in urban area, smooth acceleration and strong brake. The tail is usable and the overall quality is very good.
The light haven't much power.
Reccomended!
Daniel I.
My first eskate and it was so much faster and stronger than I had imagined. The range is pretty great and it was delivered amazingly fast. It's been a bit of a harsh ride given the paths I go on, but Aiden has helped me figure out a solution so I can enjoy this board even more. Glad I got a Tynee.
Alan K.
The coolest toy I have owned since I was a kid. Seriously love this board. There are minor things I wish it had, but overall super happy. It is such a blast. Crazy fun.
Only cons:
1. Single enclose w/lower profile
Note: I hear this is coming
2. A couple trade offs I made knowing they came on other short board models - no headlight integrated, no quick swap battery.
Overall though this board is exactly what I wanted. The 12S battery/50.4v system is powerful enough to tackle the hills in my town which was my biggest concern for a short board. Additionally the addition of the 99W travel pack was THE factor that made me go for this board. I was on the fence until I heard that added that. I wanted to be able to take it on an air flight. Was hoping for 160W battery pack (maybe they will do both?) as my most traveled airlines will allow a bigger size. But having any battery that I can travel with is better than none.
The stock 90mm wheels are great street wheels for smoother surfaces. If your town doesn’t have good pavement/sidewalks maybe go for the cloud option. I will probably purchase another set of wheels (cloud 105 or mad 105) as there are some unavoidable roads in my town that are a bit beat up. For rough roads my foot falls asleep with the 90mm option. I think the 105’s will work better in all situations, I’m leaning toward mad wheels because I like the larger contact patch and feel of the Thane. but not 100% sure on that yet.
Michael J.
The acceleration and Speed is incredible.
The hub Motors are very quite.
It's really stable, yet still is nimble.
Jackson C.
Love it. Only rode 44 miles so far and it is amazing. No issues so far. Everything I expected when ordering it
Simon V.
A truly amazing board
Fast, responsive and such fun to ride.
I’m trying to find any excuse I can to get out and use it.
I will say I do regret not getting the large battery. While riding flat out I get about 8 to 9 miles (I weigh around 93kg), For every day use is perfect but having the option to go on longer rides would be great.
Tynee’s customer service is beyond excellent too.
Simon S.
First things first:
I'm 180cm tall and weigh about 84kg. These facts are important, cause they influence the behaviour like acceleration, range and carving.
I rode 84 km with the mini2 und can say, that it is a great board. Commuting to work in a 7-10 km ride (one way) is surprising comfortable. The concave gives great stability und a good perception of where my feet are on the road. The acceleration is pretty well in all modes (1-4) due to the 12s ESC. Especially when it comes to climbing hills. Top speed for me is 42 km/h (the board can go faster, but I'm bound to my abilities). On a range test I did 33,8 km from full to complete empty battery (84kg, so it's a good range).
The 90mm Street wheels can handle cobble stones and big cracks, as long as I use the kicktail to lift the front wheels.
Coming to a conclusion, I recommend the board to experienced riders. Beginners should go higher than mode 1 or 2.
Jesse S.
This is an amazing board. For my first electric skateboard, it rides smoothly and brings out a desire to want to get back on the board again. I spent some time with regular skateboarding and penny boarding, but It's nice being able to cruise around NYC streets and flow in between cars, people, and bikes. The speed and design of the board are perfect. Being able to ride at a speed so fast that it feels like bombing hills on a skateboard with speed wobbles is a thrill of its own. Quality from both the board as well as the company.
Thank you to the Tynee Board team for your help and your outstanding product.
Keith W.
Doap board, so much power, top speed is intense on a shortboard but could be faster I guess the mini 2 is faster. I changed the grip tape will prob change it again cause I got it muddy, the cloudwheels make it amazingly comfortable, would deff buy again its so maneuverable and good range
flavio ferrari F.
Very nice board! The bigger battery is really good, everything feels good quality, I loved
richard b.
powerful little beast and easily makes it past the advised range with my partner riding it.
cloud wheels are a must and makes the mini 2 a great urban commuter and travel board.
Alex H.
200 Mile Review!
I’ve had a great deal of fun in the 200 miles I’ve put on this board and sometimes find myself wishing I had more places to go, just as an excuse to keep on riding. I’ve had much more expensive, full carbon boards, that weren’t as much of a pleasure to ride. It’s extremely solid and well balanced. At 32mph on a slight decline, it’s still incredibly planted and fills you with confidence. I’ve also run over the unavoidable small rocks and that fear of getting stuck on one is now almost non existent. There's nothing budget about this board, although it’s priced that way. For example, Tynee uses Molicel batteries, the same batteries used on the $1.2 million McMurtry Speirling electric hypercar. The board itself is gorgeous, with it’s clean, modern and mature look, it’s in a class of it’s own, where others can look a bit like a toy bought from a department store. They’re still a small company, so you end up building a relationship with the same people putting your board together. I did a ton of research before choosing Tynee and after 200 miles, I can honestly say that buying this board is a no brainer.
Tomas Ivan M.
Best buy ever. Fun.. good for your inner Child.. became 20years younger. Stunnin perfekt Is she
Roxana I.
It is one of the best skateboard experience I've had in my life. The range and how easy to maneuver is incredible. Even at a high speed it's really stable! The Cloudwheels make a workd of a difference and it's so relaxing to ride! It's compact so I can go shopping with it and it's small enough to leave in the cloakroom wherever I go.
Evan F.
It’s a great tool to get around and a lot of fun but does not ride comfortably on bumpy roads.
Randal F.
Love the board. So much power and excellent battery. Nothing to complain about here.
Antti S.
First, if you haven't yet noticed, Tynee's customer service is probably the best in the business. You can get answers to all questions within 24h and often immediately through the chat. I received my board after 20 days of ordering it. The shipping time was supposed to be 5-10 days, but they didn't have the board in the EU warehouse. Aiden promised that they would add functionality to the site to see availability at different warehouses. The board itself is almost perfect. The griptape definitely needs changing. There were lots of bubbles on it and it's just very poor quality. I swapped the stock bearings to zealous bearings and I can definitely notice a difference. I do not recommend any bigger wheels than the standard 90mm PU wheels. I put a Riptide 93A WFB cone bushing to the front truck and immediately got wheel bite during a hard turn. Just make sure to stick to barrel bushings. I put 93A WFB barrels to front and rear (roadside only) and the outcome is perfect for me. I weight 78kg. The board does ride very nicely with stock bushings, but I like a little less rebound for smoother carving. I only ride in gear 4 and often at full speed. According to a mobile app, I can get to 48km/h so that spec is accurate. The board is incredibly stable at full speed for a short board. The shape of the deck is just perfect. I haven't had a chance to test the range yet, but so far the battery is holding up well. Great job team Tynee!
Elmar R.
Very nice package and amazing product ! The mail service could be faster but the mini board is worth it.
Joey T.
One word! Kickass!!! Let me start by saying this is my first electric skateboard and I am blown away with the performance of this board. I haven’t skated in 11 years and this brought back some good vibes. This board has plenty of torque especially the belt drive system. I bought the bigger battery and skated 6 miles. I’m 6ft 230lbs so I’m not as skinny as I once was but I was able to carve and shred really fast on this board. It turns heads and just pure adrenaline from speed. The board is solid and I can tell the owner pay close attention designing this board. I added some shred lights to the front of the board can’t wait to try those out. Thanks again Aiden!!! Love the board and can’t wait to see what the future of tyneeboard has to offer.
David P.
I love my Tynee board. Its saved my life from sitting.
Samr Y.
This skateboard is great . I have the cloud wheel setup and it rides way smoother in nyc than 90 mm wheels . Slight issue I’ve found was being that the board is made to be very loose so you can carve easily it rubs on the cloud wheels when you lean but when you tighten the trucks you can’t feel it as much unless you’re turning at a very slow speed . But I love it and it’s worth it i just ordered some smaller wheels and once they’re put on I believe it’ll feel even more perfect . Cloud wheels are nice tho when you have some distance to cover over bumpy streets thanks Tynee for creating the mini 2
Markara D.
It has features that aren't found on other mini's, such as integrated brake light, rear and front deck protectors.
The concave of the deck is excellent. Feet placement is actually kinda wide, and feels similar to a longer deck, just the front foot is above the wheels.
Speed 4 is probably too fast for small wheels and bad streets, but it's there if you want it.
Ethan
First of all, I would like to thank everyone at Tynee for making such a great board. I watched a lot of videos of the mini 2 and was amazed at the specs and cool aesthetic of the board. When I got the board I thought it looked so much better in person and after taking it for a ride I was amazed at the speed and agility of the board. Additionally, I want to thank Aidan for his fast email responses and excellent customer service. I can't wait to see what the future lies for in this company!
Salvatore C.
Completely in love with the board.
It went beyond my expectations
This is a Boosted Board 2022 or better and it shows
Only improvement needed:
Tail guard needs to cover a little more (like that front guard the board has, but in the back as well)
Darrin P.
Owned the mini for over a month now. I have used it almost everyday no issues so far. Wish Aiden will make an off-road mini as the cloud wheels aren’t the best for gravel trails.
John D.
This board is really nice. It accelerates very quickly and I've really enjoyed riding it. A++ Tynee!
Tesfakal S.
Elite board kinda loose when it comes so gotta tighten the back a little bit other than that insane board and added some carbon fiber wrap on the middle section makes it look
ben r.
first E board
was a skater when I was young .
wanted a short board.
done 15km in turbo I'm 100kg and still had some juice left .

I recommend the kick protector as I destroyed the kick in a week.
love this thing. $800 Aussie $$ came in a week free shipping.

I've been really enjoying my Mini 2 Belt Drive with the Molicel 363Wh battery & 105 Cloudwheels. Shipping took 3 weeks from China to California. The entire time from purchase to delivery, Aiden of Tynee was super responsive and essentially provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any esk8 brand. To date, I have owned various boards including a Propel Endeavor Pro, Ownboard Zeus and Wowgo 2S Pro. The Tynee Mini 2 is my first shortboard and I am so happy with it!
PROS:
+Amazing power from the 5055 belt motors with super smooth delivery thanks to the Hobbywing ESC. I definitely have no complaints with either the acceleration or braking.
+The range from the Molicel 363Wh is fantastic for a shortboard. What they advertise for range is definitely not exaggerated.
+The deck provides great lock-in and essentially is a clone of the beloved Boosted Mini deck.
+The extra protection from the built-in nose guard and tail pad are nice.
+The built-in rear brake light is also great to have.
+The 105 Cloudwheels are a nice all-around comfortable setup for the Mini 2. I've also ordered the Tynee Kegel pulley and like the ability to try out a bunch of different wheels in the future.
CONS:
-The stock bushings are a bit too loose if you're a heavier rider. Aiden has however already addressed this with updated taller bushings that he plans to send out to me. In the meantime, I've installed some RipTide 96A Tall Krank Barrel bushings that have actually worked out quite well.
-The stock grip tape is not the best since it started bubbling/peeling from day 1. I'm planning to swap it out with some DopeGrip Pro grip tape now.
SUMMARY:
***Overall this is a truly amazing shortboard that I am so happy with. While I love all my other longboards, this is the board I will plan to take on roadtrips with me since it is so compact yet still so much fun!

Amazing power.
You can go from smooth cruising to high speed with the click of a button. Great controller!
The board is incredibly stable at high speeds, and i can glide on the paved trails nearby for miles.
Talk about fun! Going on average 22 mph for like 10 miles, just on my own abilities as a life long skater; the joy is like nothing ive ever experienced.
Ill post more later.

This little shredder exceeded my expectations! I wanted stealth performance and got it with the Mini2 hub drive. It's perfect for those days when there is no surf and no snow on the mountains. So far I've put 23 miles on it in the couple days I've owned it. Riding on the strand down at the beach and nothing but smiles. It's quiet, surprisingly powerful and the brakes work much better than I expected them to. From order date to arriving in Southern CA it took 28 days.
Aiden's customer service is exceptional and he answered all my silly questions prior to ordering. Growing up as a skater/surfer my whole life, it took a bit to get used to the weight (first eBoard). The only things I'd add to the Mini in future revisions is perhaps a longer kick tail and a longer nose with a slight kicker as well. Even without those this board rips, GET IT and SHRED!

I've seen a lot of electric skateboards. And the Tynee mini is easily one of the best all-around boards I have ever used. It is nimble edge to edge for carving, packs a ton of power, can go just about any hill incline, and all this is packaged in a convenient board that you can simply pick up, go to a coffee shop, play frisbee with the friends, cruise around the city. It's the perfect board to fit and active lifestyle and wanting to get rides in between your day without any hesitation.

I love this board. Its my first Eboard and I use it to commute and for casual rides. It is easy to get the hang of, fast, and fun. The range is accurate - about 20Miles per charge. the max speed is also accurate at about a max of 25mph. Overall, I rate this board a 10/10.

More than 250km travelled, the Mini exceeds my expectations.
Incredible autonomy (30km in speed 2), max speed of 32km/h (I'm 65kg), I had a scooter before and I don't regret it at all, I take my Mini everywhere (a weight of about 9kg with the iWonder wheels) and it makes its effect on the passers-by who look at me incredulous.
Good material, delivered quickly, I changed my wheels by iWonder which are perfect for the paved streets of Paris.
Thanks Tynee for this amazing board

TLDR: Amazing board, couldn't be happier with it.
I got this board 3 months ago as my first eskate and I currently have about 700km on it.
I come from a surf-skating background so one of the more attractive aspects for me was the size, the concave and the range.
Size: very portable board I can easily enter public transports and supermarkets with it. Concave feels incredible and carves super nicely both barefoot and with shoes. The range, well its perfect for me, I went with the bigger battery option and I do about 25km per charge cycle and I always charge it when it hits bellow 25%, bare in mind that I live in a high elevation terrain, I weight about 70kg and I'm always trigger happy.
Thus I can only recommend this product, it has never let me down. I do advise you to buy some spare belts if you buy the could wheels, since I ride in very brittle terrain occasionally rocks enter in the motor/kegle pulley and it can tear the belts.
Picture of my mini in different environments.
PS: Avoid riding in the rain, trust me :D

Great board for the price! The only complaint is the brake on the remote does not go in reverse and you have to come to a stop and press a button to reverse three board.
Brandon M.
Great little board. Got something lodged under the motor cover within the first 50 feet so those immediately came off and added bigger wheels for more clearance. I'm a lighter rider so I swapped in a cone bushing, rides like a dream.

Really great mini board. Brake light and built in nose and tail guard are great quality of life additions for the Tynee Mini 2. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a short eboard.

I like how the board performs as is right now. I only did 100km on it and noticed that with my style of riding i only get about 20km out of the battery. I would love to buy a 2. battery so i can change it and add some range. My weight is 74kg and I get a top speed of about 37km/h wich is good.

I have been a Boosted Board Mini S owner for over 2 years with 1500+ miles. I have had the Tynee Mini extended range for about 3 months and 175+ miles. This blows the Boosted out of the water.
1. Way faster acceleration
2. Way high top speed
3. Amazing battery life (The advertised range is actually accurate. I'm ~185 lbs)
As a college student who upgraded from a worn out Boosted board, this has been super helpful in going to and from class and around the city. I can finally go grocery shopping without the need for a $15 uber or 40 min. bus ride on this thing. I love it. No major issues so far. I love the screen on the remote as well. No need for an app like Boosted.
Areas of improvement:
1. Better breaking. This does not stop fully when on a decline, like a stop sign on a hill. It moves forward centimeter by centimeter. Pain in the butt if traffic doesn't stop.
2. Need for going in reverse. I missed this from the Boosted Board. If I stopped too far on a stop light, I could reverse to a safer distance. If a car is stopped in front of me and traffic is tight, I can reverse and maneuver around them.
I look forward to seeing what else y'all have in store. Keep it up!

Let's get the negs out of the way 1st. Delivery via ship took 2.5mths! No it wasn't Tynee's fault considering the current supply chain clusterf**k plus a major flood on the Canadian Westcoast hwy system added to the grief . Just putting it out there to temper expectations & schedule accordingly. 2nd, This isn't the cheapest mini board on the market so I'd expect it to include the rear kick guard as part & parcel of the board (& not as an option).
Everything else I love. Haven't spent much time on it as yet (only 3 rides) as we're still in spring thaw but I love how it handles & its stability at speed. As a complete newb, I was up up & away riding from 1st min. I even got up to low 30ish kph. There were some sphincter tightening moments but I didn't lose it. Even with the much larger cloudwheels, it was accelerating decently & has enough juice to power up steep inclines. The clouds option made the shortie board very comfy & I can tell cos my feet aren't destroy on our still unswept pebble covered bike paths.
Overall, can't wait to get more time on the Tynee mini & perhaps learn how to manual over road cracks & do 180 turns.

My favorite thing I own!
I have the tynee mini with ext battery.
I originally got it with the standard wheels but ended up buying cloud wheels before my board arrived. I did have about 2 weeks where I was waiting on them and had to skate the stock wheels and let me tell you.. cloud wheels are where it’s at on this board, I was already in love but once I put them on my top speed increased to about 26/27mph on flat ground and I’m hitting 33/33 down hill. I love this thing
Definitely recommend to any and everyone who loves skating

Tynee Mini with extended range battery and Cloudwheels. I LOVE THIS THING!
I've been riding ESK8 for a few years now and after purchasing the Tynee Mini I now have 3 boards. My two previous boards are a WOWGO 3 and a Backfire Zealot S. Knowing that Tynee was created by Aiden of WOWGO, I felt pretty good about my new purchase of the Mini. The WOWGO 3 was a great starter board and I've had zero issues with it. I just picked up Cloudwheel donuts for it and still use it to this day. I then picked up the Backfire Zealot S and graduated to belt drive motors and the increase in ride comfort from hub to belt drive is worth the extra maintenance and extra noise in my opinion. These two boards are both long boards and carrying them around is a bit exhausting and their manoeuvrability around the city wasn't great (I'd have to hop off my board to turn sharper corners and avoid certain obstacles). This lead me to my search for something more portable and manoeuvrable while not compromising on the range I'm used to. This is where the Tynee Mini comes in. I just received it about a week ago and I'm loving this thing! For those curious about my experience with shipping, I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada and I chose shipping by sea and it took just over 9 weeks and I wasn't charged any duty. I love the look of the board, it feels like a quality board, and it feels like love was put into it the making of it. Nice work Aiden and team! I'm glad I got the larger battery because it seems so far to be matching the range of my other boards. I'm of the group that loves Cloudwheels and so this was a no-brainer for me (it comes with the risers and wheels installed and I have had zero issues with wheel bite). I don't worry about bumps or debris, the added comfort is great (especially due to the shorter board having no flex), and as I am with all my boards with Cloudwheels, I'm careful and aware that I can potentially slip out on deeper carves and in wet situations. This board is so manoeuvrable and that's without even using the kick tail, it's perfect. The turning radius is so much better than on my long boards. I love how wide the board is and that it has those curved up edges so my feet fit nicely on the board and feel locked in. The board isn't light but this is expected because I purchased the larger battery and the only difference in components from a long board seems to be the board being shorter and that's it. This is what I expected though. I'm about 5'11'' and when I hold the board by it's front trucks and walk with it I don't have to lift my arm awkwardly and wreck my back as i walk around. It dangles perfectly with my arm fully extended and doesn't drag on the ground. It feels faster than my other boards even though I'm going slower, it's acceleration is solid and so is it's braking. It's a lot of fun and I'm super happy with my purchase. My only gripe is that the board screws for the trucks were buried under the grip tape so when I installed mounts for my lights I had to heat gun the grip tape, pull it back, and poke my own holes. This is obviously a choice they made for the aesthetically clean look they were going for but it's a pain when you'll inevitably need to access those screws. Not a huge deal. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with this board. I hope this info helps someone with their future board purchase. Be safe and enjoy the ride peeps!

Tynee Mini belt
I have really enjoyed this board. It's super maneuverable, has great torque, and feels stable at higher speeds. The concave deck gives more grip and the range is better than normal. Aiden from the company, has been super responsive and accommodating and customer service and availability haven't been an issue. I have no regrets.
