How long will the shipping take?
Delivery time will be shown at check out. If you live in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia. We will ship the board from the local warehouse and you will receive it within 2-6 working days after placing the order. If you live in other countries and regions, usually you will receive it within 7-20 days.
Is there any warranty?
We offer a 6 month warranty, you can also pay more to get longer warranty. for more details please refer to our warranty policy.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. you will get a tracking number and tracking website, so you can track your package easily. We usually use UPS, FedEx, or DHL for shipping. However, some countries and regions may use other shipping companies.
Can I reach the top speed and get the best range when I ride?
Our data was measured under ideal conditions (tested by 65 kg / 143 lbs rider on flat and smooth road). Some factors that could affect your top speed and range are: rider's weight, terrain, wind resistance, temperature, speed and brake mode. Our date values are only for reference, and in practical use, there may be significant differences due to different conditions.

The Tynee Mini 3 SL uses the famous EVE battery cells specifically designed for electric vehicles, the battery capacity is 12S 50.4V 216Wh or 345.6Wh . You can get up to 17-24 miles or 27-38 km range, and the battery discharge rate is 15C (90A). So even though the battery is running low, you will feel your board is always powerful.
Hobbywing V7.0 ESC
Powerful torque, smooth control.
Equipped with the famous Hobbywing V7.0 ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), you will have a very smooth and accurate control experience. Driven by the 12S 216Wh or 345.6Wh 15C (90A) battery, you will get very powerful torque. And the Hobbywing ESC has always been the most well-known ESC in the electric skateboard industry, known for its ultimate smoothness and the highest reliability.

Stable quality has always been the top consideration for Tyneeboard when designing skateboards. On the Tynee Mini 3 SL, we also use the Unite motor with excellent quality stability, which has a power of 550W and is very quiet. If the sleeves are worn out, you only need to replace the sleeves instead of the entire motors.

The Tynee Mini 3 SL uses a slightly concave deck design that provides a more comfortable foot feel. And it has a kicktail that will increase your enjoyment of E-skating.
Highly Acclaimed Tynee PE Truck
High strength, no speed wobble.
The Tynee Mini 3 SL uses the highly acclaimed Tynee PE (Paris Electric) truck. Based on the Paris V3, we have lowered the overall center of gravity by 4mm, providing better stability for a comfortable riding experience. Additionally, there is no speed wobble at high speeds, and Tynee's truck strength is very high. You may often hear other brands of trucks breaking, but you have never heard of Tynee's truck breaking. This is due to Tynee's solid materials and design and manufacturing processes.
Smart Turn On/Off
Use your remote to turn on/off the board.
Equipped with smart on-off function, you can turn on/off the board by your remote. When you turn on/off the remote, the remote will automatically send a signal to turn on/off the board. So you don't need to bend down to turn on/off the board. It's very convenient.
