Really good customer service. I had to get this because my old wheel broke ( I had done 15000 km on it and thrashed it). I didn’t know what the problem was, so I sent a video to tynee and they sorted me out with this. Really easy to put onto the skateboard as well

Just wish it came with some more spare screws.

super easy to install! works like brand-new. I had to replace my motor because the old one fell off and I couldn't ride it. Tynee sent one out super quick and I installed it using the demonstration video which was really easy to follow. I would recommend replacing motor instead of getting new board because it is super easy!

Had my original motor break so I got this sent as a replacement under warranty, and the swap/instillation was much easier than expected. These boards seem to be made with repairability and ease of access as an important component, and I really appreciate that. I asked them to produce a Youtube video for this repair and it’s not out yet but I was still able to do it myself without guidance. Hopefully it will be up in the future.
