Really happy with this board. I previously had a meepo board and multiple times it just came to a halting stop when I was riding. Pretty dangerous to be riding in downtown San Jose, in a bike lane, and your board just tries to throw you off randomly. I returned it, shopped around, decided on Tynee.
Their support was great. I asked multiple questions and they answered all of them. This board does have less range than my previous board, but I’m fine with that. Can’t beat it for the price. Seems well made. Very happy. I’ve had it for 3 months now, I ride it 3-4 times a week. 3-4 miles at a time. Range estimate seems accurate. I’ve taken it on longer rides and gotten 10 miles, could have gone longer still wasn’t dead when got home. I’m 6’1” and 170 ish lbs.

It is just great. A lot of ppl saying that hub motors not as smooth as belts but I had no problem yet. Roads in my country are not the best but if you use normal shoes that do not have tiny platform you will definitely be good. Pretty steep hill roads too and It takes me up on like 20-25km/h.(95kg 183cm body) Top speed for me was 48km/h on a slightly levelled hill(dunno why it boosts every time) Thinking about buying lights because it is dangerous at night.

I get it, they need proof of undelivered package, unfortunately for me it was marked delivered and signed, I was home all day and nothing. I was unable fill any of their requirements minus the police report. Living in NYC, knowing how absolute of a shit show the NYPD are and their mountains of paperwork and back and forth. Just no. I'm gonna go ahead and take my 50 dollar loss.
