Black Friday Price Protection

Shop with confidence during our 2026 Black Friday promotion. Purchase an eligible electric skateboard from November 1 through November 30, 2026, and enjoy price protection through December 31, 2026.

If the same electric skateboard becomes available at a lower eligible price on tyneeboard.com after your purchase and on or before December 31, 2026, you can request a refund of the difference.

Eligible Orders

Price protection applies to electric skateboards purchased directly from tyneeboard.com from November 1 through November 30, 2026, inclusive.

The lower-priced board must be the same model and configuration, including the battery, drive system, wheels, and any other selected options. It must be in stock and available for delivery to the same destination country.

How We Calculate the Difference

We compare the amount you actually paid for the skateboard after discounts with the lower eligible price available on our website.

Publicly available promotional codes, including an eligible $5 cart discount, are included when calculating both prices, provided they apply to the same configuration and can be used under the promotion’s terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.

Shipping fees, import duties, taxes, shipping protection, extended warranties, and separately purchased accessories are excluded from the comparison.

What Is Not Covered

Price protection does not apply to:

  • Prices offered by other retailers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers.

  • Used, refurbished, open-box, or clearance boards.

  • Pricing errors.

  • Personal or individually issued discounts, loyalty rewards, referral offers, or compensation credits.

  • Bundle offers that cannot be directly compared with the original purchase.

How to Request a Price Adjustment

Please email info@tyneeboard.com on or before December 31, 2026, with:

  • Your order number.

  • A link to the lower-priced product.

  • A screenshot showing the price, selected configuration, and any applicable public promotional code.

Please submit your request while the lower price is available so we can verify it.

How You Receive Your Refund

Once your request is verified and approved, we will process a partial refund directly on your original order. The eligible price difference will be returned to the original payment account used for that order.

The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If you have already received a price adjustment, any further adjustment will be calculated using your previously adjusted purchase price.
