What's the difference between the Molicel P42A battery and Samsung 50S battery?
The Molicel P42A battery and Samsung 50S battery are same size and same weight. The only difference is Samsung 50S battery has bigger battery capacity so it has longer range. The battery capacity increases about 19% compared to Molicel P42A battery. So you will get about 15-20% more range than Molicel P42A battery. Usually for most customers. Molicel P42A is totally enough. But for some customers who want longest range. The samsung 50S battery is better. So you can choose it according to your demand.
What's the difference between the 175 mm Quick Release Aluminum Alloy Wheels and 150 mm Nylon & Fiberglass Wheels?
Do I need to inflate the tires of the skateboard when I receive it？
Yes. you need to inflate the tires to about 32-34 PSI air pressure before you ride it. because after long shipping time. the air pressure will be very low. if you ride it with too low air pressure. the inner tubes will be damaged. So after you receive the board. please inflate the tires before you ride it.

Why there is no update for my parcel tracking status?
Tracking status goes live when your board lands in the destination country, until them it remains “in transit”.
Can I reach the top speed and get the best range when I ride?
Our data was measured under ideal conditions (65 kg or 143 lbs rider. 1 speed mode). Some factors that could affect your speed and range are: rider's weight, terrain, wind resistance, temperature, speed and brake mode. Our date values are only for reference, and in practical use, there may be significant differences due to different conditions.

And the voltage is 50.4V, It's more powerful than 42V batteries that many brands use. Tynee insists on using high-quality battery cells which will get better performance, longer circle life and more safety.

Tynee TKP Truck
Design for high speed, very stable.
Tynee explorer's speed is very fast (50 km/h). But DKP trucks have obviously speed wobble after speed is above 30km/h. Therefore, we equipped the more stable TKP truck on the board. You can also buy extra DKP truck base to swap it by yourself, so you can use the TKP and DKP truck as you like. Moreover, Tynee's TKP truck is the best TKP truck on the market at present.
Quick Release Aluminum Alloy Rims
Replace damaged inner tube within 30 seconds.
The new Tynee Explorer comes standard with Tynee's latest quick release metal rims made of aluminum alloy, which are stronger, more durable, and will not break for at least ten years. Due to the higher precision of CNC machining, the wheel swings less than plastic wheels at high speeds, providing better dynamic balancing capabilities.
More importantly, when the inner tube is damaged, you can replace it within 30 seconds without the need for any tools.
IP67 Waterproof Rating
Waterproof battery design.
Because Tynee uses the best Samsung 50S battery cells on the market, these battery cells will not be damaged during normal use. However, water will damage the cells, so Tynee adopts a waterproof battery design to avoid water damage to the battery. In this way your board will be more durable.

No Overheating
ESC integrated into radiator.
Tynee explorer's ESC has very hight current and output, so it needs to be equipped with best heat dissipation. So we integrate the ESC into the radiator directly to get the maximum heat dissipation performance (many brands just paste the ESC on the radiator with glue to save cost, some even have no radiator on their enclosure!).
Smart Turn On/Off
Use your remote to turn on/off the board.
Equipped with smart on-off function, you can turn on/off the board by your remote. When you turn on/off the remote, the remote will automatically send a signal to turn on/off the board. So you don't need to bend down to turn on/off the board. It's very convenient.
